The Primo International furniture you purchase at Meubles KREOR is protected against defects in materials and workmanship. The length of coverage depends on the product line — here are the details, no jargon.

Warranty length by product line

What the warranty covers

Coverage varies by product line. Find yours below. During the applicable period, Primo International repairs or replaces, at its discretion, any product with a defect in materials or workmanship; if the original model is no longer available, an equivalent product may be provided.

General warranty1 year limited

Applies to most of our sectionals and sofas, as well as any Primo product not covered by a specific line below.

Stearns and Foster collectionPremium warranty

Detailed coverage by component. Check the product page to confirm your item belongs to this collection.

The length varies by model — see the product page. (Mattresses in the Stearns and Foster collection are warranted for 5 years.)

Office chairs: 2 years  ·  Bean bags: 1 year.

Good to know: this warranty applies to the original purchaser, upon presentation of proof of purchase, for products bought from an authorized reseller such as Meubles KREOR. Valid in Canada and the United States.

The limits

What is not covered

As with any manufacturer's warranty, certain situations are excluded:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance.
  • Stains, shrinkage, stretching, wear, wrinkling, fading or pilling.
  • Natural variations in wood or materials, including dye lots that don't match.
  • Damage caused by accident, fire or any other unforeseen event.
  • Any alteration or modification of the product without prior approval.
  • Commercial use of the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
