Return policy — Meubles KREOR

1. General

At Meubles KREOR, we are committed to offering quality products and a clear and transparent shopping experience.
This policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns.


2. Products eligible for returns

Only new products are eligible for return, within 14 days of receipt.


3. Return conditions

To be accepted, a return must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be:
    • in perfect condition
    • unused
    • in its original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase is required
  • ⚠️ Restocking fees apply to all accepted returns
    👉 These fees are 25% of the product price
  • ⚠️ All return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer ($89.99)
    (transport, handling, return delivery, etc.)
  • ⚠️ All returns must be authorized by management. Fees may apply. No refunds are possible. Only a store credit will be applied.

4. Non-eligible products

The following items are final sale:

  • Used sofas
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Any product damaged after delivery
  • Any product that does not meet the return conditions

5. Return procedure

To make a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide:
    • your order number
    • a description of the product
    • (if necessary) photos
  3. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions
  4. After receipt and inspection:
    • a store credit will be issued
    • processing time: 7 to 10 business days
    • restocking fees will be automatically deducted from the credit

6. Defective products or errors

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective
  • or incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

👉 In this case only, return costs will be covered and a solution will be offered (repair or replacement depending on the manufacturer's warranty).


7. Manufacturer's Warranty

Please note that Meubles KREOR, not being the manufacturer of the products sold, does not guarantee in any way the availability of the following: spare parts, repair services, and information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the product, as stated in articles 39 (paragraph 3), 39.1, and 39.2 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. For more details, please consult the manufacturer's website.

If an item is defective and irreparable, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued for a future purchase. No refunds are possible.
As this is a manufacturer's warranty, Meubles KREOR has no decision-making authority regarding the warranty or the manufacturer's decision following a claim.
