This policy governs the processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed online or in-store.
2. Delivery Zones
We deliver everywhere in Quebec.
For any delivery outside this zone, please contact us to discuss available options.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on:
- the destination
- the type of product
- the delivery method
An estimate will be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on:
- distance
- volume
- order type
- Fixed rates may apply for certain local areas.
- The exact delivery cost is always displayed before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
When applicable, a tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.
You can track your delivery directly via the carrier.
6. In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your order free of charge at our main branch:

A notification will be sent to you when your order is ready.
⚠️ The Saint-Jérôme warehouse is not accessible to the public without an appointment.
7. Receipt of Items
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the items.
In case of:
- damage
- missing item
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
We do everything in our power to meet announced deadlines.
However, some delays may occur for reasons beyond our control:
- weather conditions
- transportation delays
- logistical problems
9. Modifications or Cancellations
Any request for modification or cancellation must be made as soon as possible.
⚠️ An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
