We offer new furniture as well as used sofas.
- Stock is limited and can change quickly
- Availability is only guaranteed at the time of order confirmation
- Photos and descriptions are for reference only
👉 Minor variations may exist between the product received and the images displayed.
4. Price and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Taxes are calculated at the time of payment
Accepted payment methods:

- Other electronic payment solutions (if available)
5. Orders and Cancellations
- An order is confirmed only after receipt of payment
- We reserve the right to cancel any order, particularly in cases of:
- pricing errors
- product unavailability
- Cancellation requests must be made before shipping

6. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and type of order
- Meubles KREOR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers

Main branch — Gatineau
⚠️ The Saint-Jérôme warehouse is not accessible to the public without an appointment.
7. Returns and Refunds
New products:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt
- The product must be:
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging
Used sofas:
- Final sale
- No returns or refunds
Damaged or defective products:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- A solution will be offered (replacement or credit)
8. Warranty
- New products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty
- Used sofas are sold as is, without warranty
